Kennedy Global uses Act-On Software to manage our form submission and subscriber lists, send our marketing emails, and to automate marketing actions in an attempt to nurture visitors with personalized and useful content based on interactions with our website and past emails.
The site uses an Act-On tracking pixel and cookie to track anonymous and known visitor activity on the site. We use visitor data to analyze our site traffic patterns and the effectiveness of our site and marketing efforts.
